Back in Terminal execute source ~/.bash_profile and then echo $JAVA_HOME. Press CTRL+ X then agree to save changes by pressing Y and finally hit ENTER 6. The complete line should look like this: export JAVA_HOME=/Applications/Unity/Hub/Editor/2019.3.6f1/PlaybackEngines/AndroidPlayer/OpenJDK 5.
In nano editor type in export JAVA_HOME= and paste your path to OpenJDK instead of. Copy OpenJDK path by opening Unity Editor and navigating to Unity > Preferences > External Tools > OpenJDK > Copy Path 3.
Check if you included OpenJDK in your Unity installation through Unity Hub(Under Installs > your desired Unity Editor > menu > Add Modules > expand Android Build Support) 2. This is due to Unity not setting JAVA_HOME environment variable automatically. Once you set up your Unity editor you may encounter this error message in Terminal: No Java runtime present, try - request to install.
